Thank you for your interest in the Welland Museum's DIY Museum Camp of 2024. Please complete this form in its entirety to register your child for the camp. You will need to complete one form per child.
Camp begins at 9:00 am (drop-off time begins at 8:30 am) and ends at 4:00 pm. It runs from July 8th - July 15th. The cost for camp is $200.00 which must be paid in full prior to the beginning of camp.
Additional child care times run from 8:00 am and end at 6:00 pm. There is an additional $10 per day charge for this service. If you would like to receive that option, please contact Lisa Mooney.
