We invite you to link arms with others as you journey through your grief. 

In this five-session cohort on loss and grief, we will create a safe space for you to intentionally process how grief impacts your heart, life and relationship with God. And we will explore how you might respond in these times. You will learn more about the nature of loss and how to recognize, relate with and express your sorrow. And you’ll learn ways to move toward a deeper relationship with the Lord, including how to be open to the ways God wants to meet you and give you hope.

Each monthly session will include teaching, personal reflection, and group interaction. We will provide additional tools to help you process your grief outside of our time together.
