Time: 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. [Students can arrive-depart within this window of time]
Location: Folly Beach County Park Pavilion (1100 W Ashley Avenue)
Lunch: Box lunches & drinks will be provided. We will have plenty of drinks, plus a cooler of ice if you want to bring your own.  
Transportation: Transportation will not be provided. Students will meet chaperones at the Folly Beach County Park pavilion.
Cost: The picnic is funded by the prom account & private funding. There is no cost to students. Students WILL need to pay a $1 entrance fee to the park (payable at the gate) OR a $10 fee for parking at the park. Students who drive MUST have money to pay for parking.
Things you may want to bring: towel, sunscreen, sports equipment, a chair
 

Permission Slip Due Date: May 14 (Must be submitted from parent/guardian account)

All special field trip regulations, local school rules and rules outlined in the Charleston County School District Student’s Rights and Responsibilities brochure shall be enforced. The school has taken every precaution to provide for the safety of your child. Please ensure that your child carries personal identification (e.g., wallet identification card,) including the child’s name and school, your name and a phone number where you can be reached. Students MUST have masks (to be worn in shelter area).
