SBCEO COVID-19 Transition Planning Survey
The onset of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic required many workplace changes. As we transition once again to reopening our offices and classrooms, we are seeking your input to help us plan for a safe and effective return.

At SBCEO offices and SBCEO classrooms, new health and safety procedures may include, at a minimum: 1) measures to support physical distancing, such as physical modifications to workspaces, 2) enhanced cleaning and disinfecting, 3) additional cleaning and disinfecting supplies for staff use at individual and common workspaces, 4) adherence to state and local guidelines for wearing face coverings, and 5) varying levels of required Personal Protective Equipment for staff in student programs.

This short survey should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous (unless you choose to provide your name), and we appreciate your honest feedback.
