Would you be in becoming a /r/selfhosted Moderator? *
If Yes, Please enter your reddit username. Otherwise, type "N/A" *
Expressed interest is not a guarantee of moderatorship, however, we will be reaching out to interested individuals to gather more details and share expectations, if invited.
Do you agree with the current rules? *
If you disagree with any current rules, which one(s)? *
Required
Please describe why you disagree with the selected rule(s) (type N/A if you did not disagree with any existing rules) *
There are no right or wrong answers. We want feedback and we want this community to be the best it can be for this community. Rules must be fluid and may need to change over time to adapt to the growing needs of the community
Do you believe Hardware-Related Discussions belong on /r/selfhosted? *
Do you believe self-hosting-adjacent topics should be allowed, and not just on Wednesdays? *
This is a bit hard to define, but here's my best example: A "Self-Hosted" service would be something like an Image Hosting, Syncing, Sharing, Backup service. A Self-hosted-adjacent tool or service related to this would be something like a mass-image-renaming tool. Something that isn't itself "self-hosted," but is absolutely useful for self-hosting.
If you answered yes to either of the previous two questions, please elaborate if you can. *
Insight into your thought process behind your answers help us make a better decision. Enter "N/A" if you did not answer yes to either of the previous two questions.
