Please fill out this form if your student was not in the BMS Performance Ensembles (String Orchestra, Band, or Chorus) this year but would like to join for the 2024-2025 school year.
- If your student is already a member of an ensemble at the middle school you do not need to re-register them for next year; they will be auto-enrolled. If your student is adding a second ensemble for next year, though, please do fill this out with both of the groups in which they intend to participate.
If your student is joining a group for the first time, they may only pick ONE of the groups.
For incoming 6th-8th graders, if your student has been in one of the ensembles for a year or more, they may choose to add a second group to "double" in.
Please note that presently we may have to limit the number of students enrolled in some of the ensembles due to space limitations; for incoming 5th and 6th graders in particular this may mean that students may end up on a wait list if we hit that limit, in which case we will reach out to those families. 7th and 8th grade groups typically do not reach that limit but it is still a possibility.If you have questions, please contact the teacher for your student's ensemble:
