PASS coordinators organise the PASS groups, run weekly debriefs and are there to make sure everything is going well with the scheme. They also provide some of the training for new PASS leaders in the department. They will be supported by a Student Engagement Graduate Officer from Peer Support who run PASS in the University and Andrea Schalk, who looks after PASS within the School. The SSO team will also be there to help in case you need it!

What qualifies you for the role of a PASS Coordinator? *

Attendance is a big concern PASS faces every year. As we are experiencing changes (blended learning, online sessions, etc.), what suggestions do you have for tackling that? *

PASS leaders face a busy academic year and the expected incoming cohort of Leaders would not have experienced much of the life at Kilburn. Do you have ideas to make their engagement with PASS worthwhile and compensate for the time and effort spent? *
