Dear applicant,
by filling in this form you are applying for a training for trainers "Youth Catalyst 2.0" that will happen 29th Oct -7th November 20201 (29th Oct arrival day, 7th Nov departure day) at the ecocentre Loutí, Czech Republic. You need to be able to participate in the whole project, with your application you commit to participate in: preparation, training, dissemination and follow-up activities, and evaluation. Make sure you have read the whole infopack before applying.
The project is open for participants from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain, Romania, Poland and Lithuania (either of this nationality of currently living in one of these countries).
The participants will be selected based on the quality of application forms, so we recommend you take time to fill it in carefully. We ask you to give correct and valid data.
We understand that the current situation with COVID-19 is unpredictable and your participation might be influenced by changing regulations of your country. We ask you to only fill in the application from if you are commited to do your best and participate if selected.

We are going to dispose with information you provided with respect and according to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and we will be using them only for the purposes of "Youth Catalyst 2.0" project. Data from the application are accessible to team of the project and applications will be shared with partner organisations in order to make the selection of applicants. Only applications from a given country will be shared with a given organisation (I.e. Polish applications will be shared to Polish organisation, etc.)
At the end of this application, we will ask you to give us permission to keep your data - without this we are not able to process your application for the project.
