Beer Fest 2021 Volunteer Registration

We have 4 shifts available: Friday (night before) 9pm-12am; Saturday 8-11am; 11am-3pm; and 3-7pm.  Specific roles include, but are not limited to, pouring beer, setting up, tearing down, checking IDs, and more. As a reward for your service, you'll receive a complimentary General Admission ticket! All we ask is that you are enthusiastic, and at least 21 years old.

WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION STATUS A WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT; FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRM YOU AS A VOLUNTEER OR GUARANTEE YOU A VOLUNTEER POSITION.

This agree to releases JBG/Woodbridge Retail, LLC, BRBW LLC, Brew Republic Bierwerks LLC, and BRBW Management LLC, from all liability for any claims, known or unknown, arising from injuries, mental and/or physical relating to activities related to the Woodbridge Beer Fest on May 29, 2021. By acknowledging below, I agree to hold JBG/Woodbridge Retail, LLC, BRBW LLC, Brew Republic Bierwerks LLC, and BRBW Management LLC harmless and entirely free from any liability, including (but not limited to) financial or medical responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence or fault of the entities released.  I also acknowledge the risks involved in manual labor that may be required as part of my volunteer activities for this event.  These include but are not limited cuts, scrapes, any type of bodily injury.  I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me.  Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.By my acknowledgement below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against JBG/Woodbridge Retail, LLC and parent organizations, BRBW LLC, Brew Republic Bierwerks LLC, and BRBW Management LLC harmless for any reason.  I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed. Finally, I understand that if I fail to work my shift after having received admission to the event, I will be expected to pay full price for a ticket.
