Preferred Name and Pronoun in the Yearbook
Covering the school year and honoring your identity is our job in yearbook, and that includes nicknames, name changes, and pronouns that may be different from what we see in Synergy. We ask that you fill out this form ASAP (we will stop taking responses at the end of December). 

This is THE ONLY WAY to change your name and pronouns in the Bend Senior High School Yearbook. Please help us out and share with any student you feel might be interested in utilizing this opportunity.
