The Le Roy Fall Festival, LeRoy CUSD #2, the LeRoy LIFE program, and Swyear Amusements shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or deaths occurring to participant, arising either directly or indirectly out of utilizing the Le Roy Fall Festival facilities, services, products, or programs. In the event that an emergency arises, an effort will be made to contact the parents or guardians as soon as possible.If the parents or guardians are not in attendance and cannot be reached, permission is hereby granted to transport the participant to an attending physician who may proceed with any emergency medical treatments or X-rays.
