2023 Regional Mock Trial Registration Form

To participate in the competition, schools must register their teams by doing the following:

1. Complete and submit this Official Mock Trial Entry Form by Wednesday, September 20th, 2023.

2. Submit the $75 PER TEAM entry fee by Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 to avoid the $100 late fee. The entry fee can be paid online via PayPal on the Bar Foundation Website or you can mail in a check made payable to the: Nebraska State Bar Foundation.

3. Submit your teams SIGNED Ethical Code of Conduct form by Wednesday, September 27th, 2023.

Please note for the Fall 2023 Mock Trial Season:

*There is a limit of four (4) teams per school.

*The two (2) Regions with the most teams at the conclusion of the Regional Competition will advance two (2) teams to the State Championship. All other Regions will have one (1). A total of twelve (12) teams will advance.

Region 1 - Counties: Banner, Box Butte, Cheyenne, Dawes, Deuel, Garden, Kimball, Morrill, Scotts Bluff, Sheridan and Sioux

Region 2 - Counties: Arthur, Custer, Dawson, Grant, Hooker, Keith, Lincoln, Logan, McPherson and Thomas

Region 3 - Counties: Chase, Dundy, Frontier, Furnas, Gosper, Hayes, Hitchcock, Perkins and Red Willow

Region 4 - Counties: Antelope, Blaine, Boyd, Brown, Cherry, Garfield, Holt, Keya Paha, Knox, Loup, Rock and Wheeler

Region 5 - Counties: Adams, Buffalo, Clay, Franklin, Greeley, Hall, Harlan, Howard, Kearney, Nuckolls, Phelps, and Webster

Region 6 - Counties: Burt, Cedar, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, Thurston, Washington and Wayne

Region 7 - Counties: Boone, Butler, Colfax, Hamilton, Merrick, Nance, Platte, Polk, Seward and York.

Region 8 - Counties: Gage, Fillmore, Jefferson, Lancaster, Saline, Saunders and Thayer

Region 9 - Counties: Cass, Johnson, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Richardson, and Sarpy
