This form is to register to the Pakenham Floorball Club (PFC) Senior Mixed Competition (Div 1 or Div 2) for Winter 2025. As this competition is organised and run by the PFC the committee hold the right to allocate and swap players in teams to continue to support a healthy and fair competition. This competition will be combined if we do not have enough registrations to run a competition.

Season dates:

24th April 2025 - 18th September 2025 (including finals)

Season fees:

The fee for this competition is set to cover costs incurred by the PFC in the running of this competition. In order to keep costs to a minimum, fees are $280 per player.

PLEASE NOTE that PFC membership is required in addition to completing this season registration. This annual membership covers players under Floorball Australia Ltd Insurance. Additional fees apply.

IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS NO LONGER CURRENT you will be required to renew.
