RTS Masters of Program Design Application

First and foremost, thanks for your interest in my Masters of Program Design mentorship!

My program design mentorship is an ideal way to help you better connect the dots with regards to program design.

In this mentorship program, we’re going to take a deep dive into the nitty gritty details and specifics of programming for clients and athletes of every shape and size

While I do my best to cover this in my various articles, videos and podcasts, at the same time, it’s truly impossible to go deep without knowing where someone is starting from.

And that’s the exciting part about all this – I know that by applying, you’re serious about your craft and getting better.

So if you're ready to get rolling, here’s what I need from you right now:

  1. Read this entire application and email me at mike@robertsontrainingsystems.com if you have questions.
  2. Please fill out the application form below and submit to me ASAP. Those who submit their application first will get the first opportunity to join, so if you're interested please don't delay!
  3. Once I collect and review all the applications, I’ll send out a registration link if I think you're a good fit for the program.

Okay now that we've got that covered, let's talk a little bit about the program.

#1 – In-Depth, Masters Level, Specific Content

The starting point for this mentorship is the content.

For the next six months, I’m going to deliver an in-depth series of lecture son the ins and outs of program design.

Here's a brief overview of the six modules:

  1. Understanding Movement and Building YOUR Training Philosophy
  2. The Building Blocks of Program Design
  3. Setting the Stage for Success: A Deep Dive into R1-R3 and R7)
  4. Programming Speed, Power and Explosiveness
  5. Using Resistance Training to Get Strong and Build Better Movement
  6. Real-World Conditioning
As you can see we'll cover all the aspects of program design, and make sure you're locked in on each and every one of them.

And while I think the content alone will be worth the price of admission, I’m going to take it much further.

#2 – Monthly Q&A Calls

Each month we’re going to have a 1-hour group meeting on Circle.

Here, we’ll not only have time to answer questions from the content that was covered that month, but we’ll also have time to answer the specific questions you have with regards to program design that will inevitably come up.

#3 – Direct Access to Me

While a group Q&A is great, I realize that some people are shy, and/or don’t want to put themselves out there in a group setting.

To truly answer all your questions, I’m also going to give you direct access to me via text. This will allow you to share any issues that have come up during that week, and allow me to respond to you in a quick and efficient manner.

#4 – On and Off-boarding to Truly Customize the Process

Once you’re registered for the Program Design Mentorship group, I’m going to arrange a 30-minute call to troubleshoot and see where you're at. This way we can figure out where you’re starting from with regards to your program design, and what your specific needs and goals are.

At the conclusion of the program, we’ll wrap up with a 30-minute exit interview/call where I'll give you specific feedback on where you’re at, answer any final questions you have, and give you direction on how to continue growing and evolving.

As you can see, this is a step-by-step mentorship process that will ensure YOU get to the next level with regards to your program design skills.

I can’t tell you how excited I am about this project, as well as the opportunity to work with you.

Below you’ll find a short application and questionnaire to determine where you’re at with regards to program design. Please be as thorough and complete as possible.

And keep in mind; your goal shouldn’t be to impress me, but rather to be open, honest and transparent about where you’re at in the process.

The more forthcoming you are, the more I can truly help you and fast track your progress. As the saying goes, it’s not where you start, but where you finish that truly matters!

Last but not least, there is a LIMITED NUMBER of spots available for the mentorship, as I want to make sure everyone who joins get maximum value for their time and effort.

So if you're interested in working together, please submit your application as soon as possible - as those who submit their applications first will get the first opportunity to join.

Okay enough from me - let’s do this!
