Global Scholars Diploma 24-25 APPLICATION
This is the application form for the 2024-2025 cohort of the Global Scholars Program. There is a course description in the 2024-2025 course guide.
The course is taught during meetings and flexible work time, so you don't have to worry about fitting this course into your schedule. Dr. Hurt will be available some days during E&I, some days after school, some days during lunches, virtually, etc. 
Year 1 & 2: You will have four assignments (one per quarter) and four field trip immersion events (one per quarter) to attend. The events are inside of the school day, and you will be excused from school and provided transportation.
Year 3: There is a capstone project that you will do on a global-local issue. You will also have 1-2 field trips.
There is no cost to the student. Each year of participation is 1/2 credit. You can do all three years, or fewer if you prefer and/or are graduating before you would reach your third year.
