The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. FERPA requires that parents or eligible students (18 years or older) must provide explicit permission for Redondo Union High School to release the student's official and/or unofficial transcript.

By providing agreement from both the parent and student below, Redondo Union High School is authorized to send the student's transcript to the following institutions when requested:

* colleges and universities
* NCAA Eligibility Center

This release does not permit the disclosure of the transcript to any other persons or entities without the parent's or eligible student's written consent or as permitted by law. This release form is effective until August 31, 2021.

Do not submit this form if you do not wish to authorize Redondo Union High School to provide transcripts as described above.
