The art of the chill: sensory strategies for emotional well-being
As part of our mental health programming series, the CPA is hosting occupational therapist Connie Suh for a special evening event.

Join us for an interactive experience that will focus on learning healthy methods for reducing stress, tension and anxiety. This evening session will include a brief neurological review of sensory systems, an exploration of relaxing stimuli unique to each individual, and application of calming strategies to optimize your daily flow.

When: Wednesday, February 19th
What time: 5:30pm-7pm (come from 5pm onwards for herbal tea and snacks)
Where: Caltech Alumni House (345 S Hill ave)
