To make sure the experience is as good as it can be for everybody, if there is anything you would like to share with us (that you don't want to share in person), then please do so here. All answers are optional and you can give us as much or as little detail as you'd like.
Details will only be shared with those that need to know. In most cases this will be the Chair, Health & Safety, and Musical Director.
In exceptional circumstances, the information may be shared with other committee members if it is deemed necessary. In any circumstance, your information will always be handled sensitively and any responses from the academic year will be deleted at the end of that year.
