LHS Parent-Teacher Conference Request Form
Parent-teacher conferences are held Thursdays from 2:10 - 3:00 pm in the Landstown High School cafeteria. 
-Students are expected to remain at school and attend the conference with their parent/guardian. 
-To schedule an appointment, complete and submit the form below. 
-A confirmation email will be sent to the parent/guardian prior to the date requested. 
-The parent/guardian should allow for traffic and time to get checked in through the security's welcome desk.
