You have been asked to participate in a research study exploring the effectiveness of various campus services. The study is a research project for doctoral students in Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Education Leadership program. Your participation would involve an online survey that will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

There are no known benefits or risks to your participation in this study. The survey will ask you personal questions about your life. It will cover topics such as food, housing, and mental health. If you believe a question does not apply to you, please bypass the question. If you become stressed or anxious, you can end the survey at any time or skip any questions you don't want to answer.
