APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 15, 2023

Included: 6' x 6' spaces are available for rent @$25.00 per space. If electrical is required, @$30.00 per space. Tables are limited so please specify if you have your own displays, tables etc. 1 chair per space will be provided.

Payment is due upon acceptance of the approved application. E-transfer to JuneLawrence@hotmail.com. Payment is non-transferrable, non-refundable.

Applications will be accepted on first come first serve basis. In order to provide a wide range of items, we reserve the right to decline duplicate/ inappropriate product offerings.

JLSD Holiday Market 2023

The JLSD Holiday Market 2023 will feature a variety of hand-crafted goods, product lines, artisan works, home businesses from our Dance Community, local Artists, Entrepreneurs and other vendors.

There is no entry fee for Shoppers.

We ask all Shoppers to remove shoes before entering the Marketplace. Shoe racks will be provided in lobby area.

Set-up time will be on November 25 @ 5-6 pm. Tear down November 26 @ 3pm

Acceptance and Agreements *

I understand I will be notified of acceptance of the application by November 1, 2023. Upon acceptance I will e-transfer $25.00 to junelawrence@hotmail.com

I understand I will be sent Set up instructions and will not tear down/ remove product until the end of the 2nd day.

I agree to assist JLSD Studio to promote this event by posting to my social media platforms (check all that apply) using the graphics provided.

*I am responsible for the set up and tear down of my assigned space per the outline provided upon acceptance.

*The June Lawrence School of Dance, its organizers, are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.

*The June Lawrence School of Dance may use any images/ photos/ videos to promote this event. All media taken by the June Lawrence School of Dance is the property of the June Lawrence School of Dance.

*The organizers of this event reserve the right to reschedule in the event due to any unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as but not limited to weather, lockdowns etc. Payment will be applied to future event.
