One of your teammates is consistently doing the wrong thing in terms of our playbook. They are running and jumping at the wrong times and they are standing in the wrong spots on offense. How can you help them?

Talk to them on the sidelines when you're both out of the game

Tell them you are having trouble with the playbook too

Looking at the playbook before a game and/or practice

Asking a coach in front of the player a clarifying question about the issue

Confront them for not studying the playbook enough

Compliment them for what they do well and ignore what they can't do yet

After a close loss, everyone on the team knows that teammate made a crucial error. How can you help her? Be specific in terms of where and when you will help her, who else will be around, and how you know the help is effective.
