The purpose of this survey is to help the Pastoral Search Committee of Opportunity Christian Church develop a profile for our congregation.  This is an anonymous survey, and we would appreciate your input by answering the following questions. Also, in order to ensure accurate results, please complete the survey only once.  If you have already completed a paper version of the survey please DO NOT respond here and vice versa.  This survey is confidential and your personal information, including your email address, will NOT be collected.
