The 2024 VTEEA Conference will be held July 22-25, 2024 and is hosted by Roanoke County Public Schools.
The Virginia Technology and Engineering Education Association is seeking K-12 hands-on activities and problem-based workshop proposals focused on ”Engineering pathways for success while focusing on further strengthening the unique content, practices, and applications that technology and engineering education offers".
The 5 conference pathways this year are:
Pathway 1: Transportation Systems
Pathway 2: Communication and Information Systems
Pathway 3: K-12 Innovation
Pathway 4: Emerging Technologies
Pathway 5: Sustainable & Renewable Technologies
The VTEEA Conference Call for Presenters will close May 28, 2024. Each proposal will be reviewed with a rubric by the conference committee and has been linked below for you to use as you design your session.
* Presentations will be in person
* Presentations will be 50 minutes including discussion and questions.
* Presenters (limit of 3 per session) will receive 10 CEU's per 50 minute session.
* Multiple proposals may be submitted.
