▶Terms of Service◀

Here you'll find all the Information needed about my commissions. By ordering a commission from me you are confirming that you are agreeing to these terms and that you are of legal age to commission any type of adult art from me should you decide to do so. If you submitted something and made an error in it, or aren't sure about something in the process, don't worry, just mail me about it on yookies.art@gmail.com or message me on Telegram @Yookiebutt.

▶Pricing & Payment◀

First and foremost, all listed prices are including tax (21%) but excluding any other fees. If any fees apply to your commission, the price will differ from what you see here.

As indicated, all prices listed are open to variation depending on the subject and complexity of the commissioned artpiece. The final price can exceed that of the listed price and I'll be sure to let you know about it if it does and will tell you my reasons. To add to this, there are some things that are subject to an extra fee. I charge a percentage on top of the base price per character or the background design (calculated in before I add tax) for the following things;

• 0% (no additional cost) for simple characters.
• 5% to 10% for more complex markings (stripes, specific spots), piercings (multiple earrings, specific piercing shapes etc) or tattoos (symbols, images or text).
• 10% to 20%: Characters with wings, horns, extra limbs, scales or other body details that are part of the design or species that make it more complex (some examples include; Protogens, Dragons, bat species, certain hybrids.)
• 10% to 30% Detailed clothing/costumes/armor designs/fetish material, lingerie, clothing patterns etc.

Private commissions add 25% to the total price.

I will let you know about the price as soon as I've seen the character design(s) and I know the specifics of a certain commission and have determined if any other fees apply. And of course the exact cost of a commission and the possible fee will always be discussed. I will always give a quote on the price before I start working, for your and my clarity.

All my prices are shown in € because I live in the Netherlands. My payment method is PayPal, but for clients from the EU, a (SEPA) bank transfer is also an option. Depending on the cost of your commission the full amount will have to be paid up front. Deadlines can be discussed, but I usually don't do them. Customers are asked to wait for the invoice to send payment. Under no circumstances should a customer send me money independently, unless it is to tip after artwork has been completed or when we've discussed the price and payment method.

▶Tipping◀

Tips are super duper welcome, but of course no obligation. I appreciate all of my customers and I feel that a tip is a good sign that I've done a good job or someone appreciates me. I provide the option to tip in the invoice for customers that would like to give me one.

For customers that want to provide a tip after the commission is completed they are welcome to send a tip through PayPal to yookies.art@gmail.com.

For customers who pay via SEPA bank transfer, if you would like to give me a tip, we can discuss details for that in person, just like I'll discuss my bank details with you.

▶TAX and fees◀

As stated I'm a self-employed illustrator so I'm subject to taxation. Therefore the 21% tax that’s included will be listed in the invoice for your commission. Should the price of a certain piece vary from what is listed below because of fees that have been applied, I'll be sure to let you know in advance as stated in 'Pricing & Payment'.

▶Commission Process◀

I will try to get back to you within a week of your commission request. If I don't, please send me a reminder via Telegram, Twitter message or e-mail. Work in progress will be shared whenever it makes sense. This includes at least the sketching phase for both the thumbnails and the finished sketch, though I might also send progress pictures. For instance, if there's something I'd like to incorporate in the design and I'd need your approval and vice versa. Rest assured that I'll update you regularly (whenever it makes sense). I don't like leaving my customers in the dark and getting asked about my progress every odd day is very stressful and pressuring and detrimental to my workflow. Please don't be that customer. If there's any reason for me that your commission is a bit difficult and I'm taking longer than planned to make it, I'll be sure to let you know.

You can request for changes at every WIP, however big changes are limited to the sketch phase. (e.g. Pose change, background change etc.). If you request more than 3 changes later on in my progress, unless the changes required are due to an error of myself (e.g. a missing tail/wing, pattern etc.), I will charge a fixed percentage of 5% of the total cost of the commission per change (incl. 21% tax)(I’m really not gonna fuss about one tiny change that can be done in a minute ofc, but if they add up, it’s only fair that I’ll be compensated). If it’s a major change, I have to come up with a fitting price, but generally those don’t happen and I don’t do major changes that make the commission look entirely different.

When you're in doubt about a certain change or alteration, just ask me! I can always help by providing some insight. I'm an artist after all!! That said, I will reserve the right to decline changes if they would negatively impact the final product in my view. You must trust me to make the right choices when it comes to design, composition and/or style and must give me some artistic freedom to make things look to my liking. I can't always make something that 100% resembles your imagination or expectations.

▶Ordering a commission◀

To order a commission from me I will need a few details from you. You'll have to provide me with your name/FA link or alias, Twitter handle or Telegram handle (preferably), your e-mail address, links to a reference of your character or the character you're commissioning for, a short description of the type of piece you'd like to order and the exact type of commission/style you're ordering. As an artist who frequently makes adult art intended for an adult audience, I'll also ask you to confirm that you are of legal age to be viewing and/or commissioning adult (18+) art.

As for the description, please put down the subject or theme of the painting, Is it SFW or NSFW, how many characters are there and whatever else I should know. If you don't yet have any reference of the character you're commissioning for, I will need a detailed description of what you have in mind.

▶Payments, cancellations and refunds◀

Full refunds will only be given if I haven't started working on the commission yet or if the cancellation of the commission is initiated by me. To clarify; A (full) refund consists of the sum of money that I have received in my PayPal account after the PayPal transaction fee. Which means you'll lose a bit of money (~6%) of what you paid me. If a cancellation of the commission is requested after I have begun working on it then I can only offer a partial refund depending on how much work has already been done and the type of commission.

• 75% when I've already started the sketch phase
• 50% when I'm busy inking or otherwise indicate I'm halfway in the process (depends on the type of comm)
• 25% When I started coloring/shading/painting/finishing up (wouldn't know why you would cancel at that point haha)

In terms of payment plans; I don't take payment plans for commissions below €500,-, and prefer to be paid in full in advance. But if you’re considering a commission that (by your calculations) exceeds €500,- and would like to get a payment plan, be sure to check the payment plan box. I’ll discuss details with you when I get in contact with you.

▶Rights◀

Commissions are for personal use only, this means the customer may not use the commissioned painting for commercial purposes. I will not hold any rights to the characters portrayed unless they are a creation of mine originally. The rights of the characters will stay with the respective rights owner. All rights for the finished piece remain with the artist. The customer may not profit from the finished piece in any form. Non-commercial uses such as uploading it to an online gallery (e.g. Furaffinity, Twitter, Weasyl) or printing for personal use are permitted.

▶Artist preferences◀

As much as I like a well thought-out idea for a commission, I heavily dislike having little to no room for artistic liberty. All of my design choices depend on many different factors. Like how the background, posing, subject matter, accessories and props work together. But also, how smooth the entire art process goes or how 'good' I feel about my art skills at any particular moment (they ofc differ from time to time). Please don't be that person who leaves no room for tiny differences from what you had envisioned, as I'm probably never able to fully make it the same as you had in mind. This really doesn't help my process and can leave me unmotivated to further work on your commission.

As you may have noticed from my submissions I do SFW as well as NSFW art. But there are a few things I won't do. Since especially sexual content is a rather personal topic it is difficult to really make a list that easily describes what I will and won't draw, so if if you have doubts about your idea and would like to know if it'd be fitting or not then just message me at yookies.art@gmail.com or @Yookiebutt on Telegram and i'll see if it's something I would consider. Also please don't be angry at me if I decline something that isn't listed here, as said before especially sexual stuff is something rather personal, and so even within a same topic there can be big variations on what I feel comfortable drawing or not.

However there are some areas that I absolutely stay away from and those include:

• Extremely overweight/fat
• Blood and mutilation
• Extremely muscular
• Sexualised gore
• Impregnation
• Diaper stuff
• Hyper stuff
• Scat or WS
• Big groups
• Inflation
• Snuff
• Vore
• Cub

▶Reference Sheet◀

• - € 400 (incl. tax), full refsheet design with 2 fullbody poses of your choosing.
• - € 175 (incl. tax) per added fullbody pose
• - € 100 (incl. tax) per headshot/expression reference
• - € 50+ (incl. tax) per added accessory/hobby/detail view/item/separate item of clothing you'd like to add (price depends on complexity of what's asked but for most things this price will apply) 
• I apply a percentage on top of the price per pose (10-30%) for full body outfits or clothing. The percentage depends on the type of clothing/level of detail you want. I'll discuss with you beforehand. 
• + 20% for NSFW/alt. version. You get a nsfw version for all poses and a separate genital reference.

• Headshot: € 125 (incl. tax)
• Halfbody: € 150 (incl. tax)
• Fullbody: € 200 (incl. tax)
• Alt./extra version (SFW+NSFW for instance): + €50 per version
• Detailed/specific background: € 100+ (t.b.d., depending on complexity)

▶Shaded (neat linework, colors and shading)◀

• Headshot: € 200 (incl. tax)
• Halfbody: € 250 (incl. tax)
• Fullbody: € 300 (incl. tax)
• Alt./extra version (SFW+NSFW for instance): + €100 per version
• Detailed/specific background: € 200+ (t.b.d., depending on complexity)

• Headshot: € 200 (incl. tax)
• Halfbody: € 300 (incl. tax)
• Fullbody: € 400 (incl. tax)
