EHS Indoor Percussion Payment Plan Sign Up
Please complete this form to select your payment plan for indoor percussion fees. Please complete by December 11, 2020. Please look over the Virtual Interest Meeting PowerPoint located on the Indoor Percussion website (ehseagleband.org/indoor-percussion).

Once you submit this form, you will receive an Invoice for your payment plan within a couple days. You will be able to pay this through the invoice link or our online store. We will include mailing information inside of the invoice for those that need that payment method.
