We are currently focusing on finding a new president and head of education, but if you feel perfectly suited for any other positions, feel free to apply for them too!
- President: responsible for maintaining the ongoing administration of the organisation, as well as providing the tools needed in order to make the other members able to fulfill their roles in the best way possible. The President is furthermore the spokesperson for HubAI at events and meetings, and bear the responsibility of leading the team towards our goals.
- Head of Education: responsible for managing and hosting the Python workshops program, where they decide on the material that will be covered. The Head of Education’s aim is to provide students with the essential necessary tools as well as to show what AI means and what it can do. This allows students to gain valuable skills that they could build on in the future. Knowledge of Python is therefore necessary for this position.
- Co-Treasurer: responsible for monitoring the finances and ensuring that Hub AI establishes and maintains an effective financial system. The treasurer is also responsible for preparing the yearly budget, ongoing bookkeeping and spending reviews. In addition, also responsible for delivering financial updates and presenting them to the President and Vice President. Lastly, the treasurer works closely with the Head of Events and Head of External Relations to provide financial advice and make sure everything is in line with the budget.
- Co-Head of External Partnerships: The Head of External Partnerships' primary responsibility is to build new and maintain current relationships with our external collaboration partners. The related work is of utmost importance to Hub AI as it must ensure that the organisation’s presence continues to increase within social, academic, and professional settings.
- Co-Head of Events: leads the planning and execution of all on-campus and virtual events arranged by Hub AI, including guest lectures, workshops, and social events. Related tasks range from booking venues to hosting events. These events play a crucial role in providing our members with relevant knowledge and social activities, thus, maintaining student engagement.
- Head of Marketing and Communication: works to design and implement marketing strategies that engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness. Tasks include graphical design, copywriting of event descriptions and regular maintenance of social media platforms. The Head of Marketing and Communication is also in charge of the newsletter and content on the website in a joint effort with the Head of External Partnerships.
