Please complete this form if your child/children will be an afternoon car rider for the 2022-2023 school year. You will be issued a car rider number to display on your front window when picking up your child/children. Your child's teacher MUST be informed as to which days the week your child is to be dismissed to the car rider area as opposed to the bus ramp. *Please remember to keep the main office informed of ANY changes to these instructions.
