Welcome to the Glowtastic by Beyond the Rainbow Events! Volunteer sign up sheet. Thank you for offering to help us with the practical workings of creating this party together! Your contributions are highly valued and deeply felt.

Please fill out the form below. The more flexible you can be, the easier it makes it for us to ensure everyone's desire for participation can be met. It's really good to give us your first choice and a second choice, as some roles fill up faster than others. We will send out a confirmation of your shift before the party. Please arrive a few minutes early for you shift. 

Please note that early shifts are popular and tend to fill up fast--please consider signing up for a later shift if possible!

* Pre-Event Setup
Help set up the safer sex supplies, sheets, decorations, move furniture, set up food, decor, etc.
 
* Door:
Role involves verifying attendees' tickets and ensuring they have valid entry. For those purchasing tickets on-site, provide clear instructions on how to access the event (there will be written instructions). Additionally, if anyone requires a COVID test, you can assist by providing the test and guiding them through the payment process.

* Charter:
Explains the rules of the party. Asks guests if they have been to a Beyond the Rainbow Events before. Everyone has read the charter and signed stating they read. This job requires someone familiar with play parties.

* Dungeon Monitor: 
Monitors the dungeon/playspace. Assures that everyone is following the Consent and Code of Conduct Guidelines. Inform host if any activities appear unsafe or non-consensual. Offer support if a guest appears to be in distress. Must have experience.

* Cleanup:
Cleans up sheets, toys, empties trash, clean up messes, clean up food, moves furniture back to the proper place. You get to enjoy the whole party, and it usually only takes 1/2-1 hour to take it all down!
