***This form is for Applications for the 2023-2024 School Year and the 2024-2025 School Year***

This application is only for enrolment for the current academic year (students starting between now and next September) and the coming academic year (for students beginning next September). It is not a pre-enrolment form for other future academic school years as it is no longer possible to pre-enroll.

If applying for the next academic year, please do not apply before the date specified in the annual admissions notice for the class you are applying for. Our annual admissions notice is on our school website here. If you apply before the date specified in the annual admissions notice, the application cannot be considered and you will have to apply again after the date specified in the annual admissions notice.

This is an application form. Completing this form does not constitute an offer of a place in Aston Village ETNS.

All decisions on applications for admission to Aston Village ETNS will be based on the following:
● Our school’s admission policy
● The school’s annual admission notice (where applicable)
● The information provided by the applicant in the school’s official application form received during the period specified in our annual admission notice for receiving applications

Selection criteria that are not included in our school admission policy will not be used to make a decision on an application for a place in our school.

Applicants will be informed in writing as to the decision of the school, within the timeline outlined in the relevant annual admissions notice but no later than three weeks after the annual admissions process closes or for late applications, three weeks after the school receives an application.

In completing this form, there are some questions which are not required but which are important for the purposes of educational planning and assisting families.

Aston Village ETNS is registered as a Data Controller under the Data Protections Acts 1988
and 2003 and we follow GDPR regulations as set down in 2018. The personal data supplied on this
application form is required for the purpose of student enrolment, registration, administration, child
welfare, educational planning and to fulfil our legal obligations. We rely on parents/ guardians to provide us with accurate and complete information and to update us in relation to any change in the information provided. A copy of our data protection policy is available on our website.
