Section 2001(i)(2) of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act requires that Local Education Agencies (LEA) seek public comment with regard to improvements to be funded with the federal grants we are scheduled to receive.

While there are restrictions to the allocation of the funding, we are generally looking forward to the following:
- Building upon our system of tiered intevention for students in need
- Building upon our system of social and emotional support for students and staff
- Building upon our extended school day enrichment opportunities
- Building upon our summer programming opportunities
- Improving the heating, ventilation and cooling mechanics of our aging facility, and thereby improving the overall air exchange rate

The funding plan is a "living document" and changes will be implemented as new guidelines are received.
