Georgetown University Campus Recreation Facility Request Form

This form should only be used for special events, not for individual facility use.

Please note this is a request only. This is not a guarantee that this request will be approved. Requests will be responded to within 2-3 business days.

Please submit this request at least ten (10) business days prior to the date(s) you would like to reserve the space. Once this form is completed, the Assistant Director of Sport Programs, Ben Mast, will reach out via email about your request. Once approved, the individual requesting the space will be required to sign requestor guidelines via DocuSign.

Payment is due at least five (5) business days prior to the date(s) you would like to reserve the space. The rates for Kehoe Field and the James J. Gilroy Basketball Courts are $50 per field/court per hour. Depending on the size of the event, Campus Recreation will also require staff members to supervise any events taking place at an additional cost of $20 per staff member per hour. For events with less than 50 attendees, only one member will be required. For larger events, 2+ staff members will be required to supervise.
