Where does one find information on food sources and assistance programs?
This survey is a part of research on Food Insecurity conducted by Grad students at Thomas Jefferson University.

We are trying to understand how one obtains information on food assistance programs and food sources like soup kitchens, food pantries, etc. when facing food shortages due to unforeseen circumstances. This will help us in equipping people to have all the necessary information and resources when they are in need. This form is confidential — which means we won’t share what you say to me. We are only using your feedback for research, and to help make our work better.

We have added a section if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. Please leave your email in that case and we'll contact you.

Thank you so much.
