To efficiently assign students' transportation needs for the 2021-2022 school year, TVSD asks that if you prefer to transport your child/children in place of utilizing District transportation services, complete this Transportation OPT-OUT Form. If you commit to providing transportation for your child/children and find at a later date that you are unable to continue to do so, transportation can be reinstated by contacting the District Transportation Office.  Reinstated transportation assignments may take up to three working days to be in effect.
