Notice A Missing TAPA? Let Us Know.
All known executed Transportation Access Plan Agreements (TAPA) for large developments have been made available on Boston Transportation Department's website: https://www.boston.gov/departments/transportation/transportation-development-review.

If you've noticed a TAPA missing, let us know about it here.

NOTE: TAPAs are legal agreements between large developments over 50,000 square feet and the Boston Transportation Department. They are part of the large development review process to mitigate the impact of a development on the transportation network. If a development is less than 50,000 sq ft, a TAPA is not required.

Is the TAPA in reference to a large development? *
What is the address of the development that is missing a TAPA? *
If you do not know the exact address, give an approximate location. Very large developments sometimes go by multiple addresses. Feel free to type in multiple addresses.
Approximately when was the TAPA signed? *
Any information regarding the date of the TAPA would be helpful.
Is there a Boston Planning Development Agency (BPDA) you can link to? If so, please provide the website link.
Most new developments have a BPDA development review project page. Projects can be viewed here: http://www.bostonplans.org/projects/development-projects
Is there any other information we should know about the missing TAPA? This can include name of the development, date of construction completed, name of the developer, or anything else that would be helpful in locating the TAPA.   *
