The Roses of Peace Ambassador Programme (ROPAP) is a signature initiative by Roses of Peace to invest in the next generation of youth leaders and peace-builders. ROP Ambassadors will comprise of a select group of young leaders who will play an active role in building bridges across and between diverse racial and religious communities and champion peace-building initiatives on the ground.

The ROP Ambassadors will go through a 6-month blended training programme that aims to deepen the participant’s knowledge on the inter-racial and inter-religious scene and nurture them with the critical skills in handling the sensitivities surrounding it. At the end of the six-month training programme, ROP ambassadors will participate in a Hackathon to come up with projects by applying the skillsets they have learnt throughout their training.

We welcome bright and motivated individuals from various faiths who are:

- Between 18 - 30 years old
- Open to new experiences surrounding interfaith issues in Singapore
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess good leadership qualities
- Can work collaboratively with others from diverse backgrounds to achieve shared goals
