Start to create the framework of your kitchen renovation by assessing your goals and personal priorities.

We consider particular factors to evaluate your space.  This establishes the overall scope of your project.  Determining this Scope of Work allows us to produce the Preliminary Estimate of your kitchen and/or bathroom renovation.

Each section is divided in two; the first set of line-itemized elements allows you to share any positive aspects of the factors we consider in spaces.  The second set allows you to evaluate the elements that could use some improvement.

There is space at the end of every section for providing additional notes pertaining to the particular factors.
