New York Babywearing, Inc. Mini Photo Sessions Spring 2019

New York Babywearing, inc. will be offering mini photo sessions this Spring. Capture your babywearing memories that aren't selfies!
Sessions will be 15 minutes long and you will get 5 digital photos with photo release. They cost $50 and the photographers will split it 50/50 with New York Babywearing, inc.

Dates and Locations:
DUTCHESS -- Saturday April 27th 10a-1p with Elegant Exposure. Session will take place at Long Dock, Beacon
PUTNAM — Saturday April 27th 5p-7p with Sara LoCascio Photography. Session will take place at Tilly Foster Farm, Brewster
N WESTCHESTER -- Saturday May 4th 10a-Noon with Reen Fitz Photography. Session will take place behind Brian Williams Event Decorating, 387 E Main St, Jefferson Valley, NY 10535
S WESTCHESTER -- Saturday May 4th 10a-Noon with KB2 Photography. Session will take place at Matthiessen Park, 1 Bridge St, Irvington, NY 10533
ORANGE -- Saturday May 4th 3p-6p with April May Photography. Session will take place at Glenmere Park. Florida, NY

If the event of inclement weather or emergency, you will be notified by the email or phone number you provided and we will reschedule based on the photographers’ availability.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your time slot and be ready to go. If you want to be babywearing, have them up, unless you want shots of the process included in your time slot.

We will do our best to accommodate everyone; session times will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis dependent on the order of registration. We will confirm your time slot, then you can send $50 PayPal to nybabywearing@gmail.com to hold your spot. Reservations not paid in full within 24 hours of confirmation will be forfeited to next in line.

Unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation without notice. Registration fees are non-refundable and are not transferrable to another New York Babywearing, inc. event. In the event that New York Babywearing, inc. cancels the event, all registration fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded due to late arrival.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
