和菓子種類繁多,造型也會隨著季節的變換而一起變化。這課程我們針對教授練切和菓子,在第一課我們著重體驗,讓你掌握練切和菓子的基本製作方法和多種造型技巧,令你回家也能輕鬆做出美麗及富口感的菓子。
在課堂上,我們會按「正月菓子」的造型,製作六件菓子;同時,Ringo老師會特別教授製作一款「盲盒」和菓子 - 像「扭蛋」(gashapon)概念,造型會在上課時才揭曉。另外,Ringo老師會以「廚師發辦」(omakase)方式,即興為每位學員製作一件別緻的菓子,讓學員在課堂上真正體驗到千變萬化的練切和菓子造型。

There are numerous types of Wagashi, and the designs will change with the seasons. This course focuses on one of the Wagashi called Nerikiri. This first lesson teaches you how to use simple ingredients with various modelling techniques to recreate Nerikiri, this delicate and delicious Japanese sweet, at home.
In this class, we will make six pieces of Wagashi which follow the designs announced. In addition, Ringo will teach you how to make a "blind box" Wagashi - like the concept of "gashapon"; we kept it secret, and you will only know the design in the classroom. Lastly, Ringo will make a unique Wagashi for each student in the way of "omakase" to ensure you can truly experience numerous stunning Nerikiri designs in the classroom.
