Embodying Reconciliation Corporation | Cuerpos para la Reconciliation opens its Virtual Courses in Body and Wellbeing permanently. Two categories will be handled, with the following techniques:

Wellbeing (Monday and Thursday)

-Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa (6:30 am to 7:30 am): Psychophysical Yoga, mind, body and spirit. Breathing and relaxation techniques focused on well-being. 100% therapeutic yoga.
Cost: 40USD per month or 7USD per individual session.

- Taking a breath (4:30 pm to 5:00 pm): it will be a space aimed at people in a mature or elderly stage, who seek to explore personal care from a specialized accompaniment in physiotherapy, with techniques that stimulate body well-being, emotional and mental.
Cost: 50USD per month or 10USD per individual session.

- Empathy in movement (6:00 pm to 7:00 pm): We will explore the ways in which human relationships are reflected in our gestures and movements through the concept of kinesthetic empathy, understanding the body as an archive of experiences, images and links with the other, including digital environments.
Cost: 40USD per month or 7USD per individual session.

Body (Tuesday and Thursday)

- Physical conditioning (7:00 pm to 8:00 pm): We will explore techniques to improve physical endurance, strength, rhythm, breathing and knowledge of the body's capabilities for greater well-being.
Cost: 65USD per month or 12USD per individual session.

- Expressive movement (6:00 pm to 7:00 pm): it will be a space for the development of an integral corporal conscience, the strengthening of the body and its potentialities. Through creative movement, relaxation methods, Pilates, stretching and somatic techniques, the comprehensive care of a physical and mental state will be sought.
Cost: 40USD per month or 7USD per individual session.

- World Rhythms (6:30 pm to 7:30 pm): We will explore different dance practices of the world, in the spirit of promoting interculturality and a space for bodily learning under different techniques and musical rhythms.
Cost: 65USD per month or 12USD per individual session.
