This season's full MBSR class runs September 27 - November 15 with an all-day retreat on November 5. The orientation is an opportunity for you to hear everything you need to know about what the full 8-week class Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction might be like, and you'll meet the instructor, too. The orientation is a required step prior to taking Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, but is *not* an obligation to take the class.
If you have already taken MBSR or MBCT in the past, orientation is not required.
