Feed Your Head Fest 2024 Vendor Application
Please complete the fields below for consideration to vend at Feed Your Head Fest 2024.  Please note, all fields must be completed.  Completion of this form does not guarantee you a spot.  All submissions will be considered equally and vendors will be selected based off of fit at the event, skill level, past experience, etc.  We will contact you to let you know if you have been selected to be a vendor and will provide additional information at that time.

There is no fee to vend, however you are asked to purchase a ticket to the event in lieu of vendor fee.  This is nonrefundable in the event that you do not actually attend the event.
