The Great Andersonville Puzzle Exchange: (EVENT DATE CHANGED TO FEBRUARY 27 from 11AM-1PM)
Is there anything more Hygge than cozying up to do a puzzle at home with a warm drink in hand? Join us on Saturday, February 27 from 11AM-1PM for The Great Andersonville Puzzle Exchange in the parking lot of Women & Children First located at 5233 N Clark.
The Andersonville Chamber of Commerce is popping up in the Women & Children First parking lot for our first every jigsaw puzzle swap - bring a puzzle, take a puzzle! Participants are asked to bring a new or gently used puzzle, either 500+ pieces for adults or kids puzzles, secured in a resealable plastic bag in its original box with no missing pieces. Chamber staff will organize puzzles by theme upon drop-off. Feel free to drop off at the beginning of the event and swing by later on to take a new puzzle to-go. Or, come and do your swap immediately upon arrival. Masks are required and folks are expected to maintain a socially-distanced line to participate.
You do not need to participate in the swap to donate puzzles to the exchange if you'd just like to spread some Hygge-love. New puzzles can be purchased locally from a multitude of Andersonville retailers including: Foursided, Milk Handmade, RAYGUN, Swedish American Museum, Transit Tees, Women & Children First, Transistor, Strange Cargo, Ándale Market, Andersonville Galleria, and ENJOY Andersonville.
Please try and drop off your puzzles between 11-11:30AM on Saturday, February 27. The Exchange begins at 11:30AM. You will be given a return ticket with your donation.
