1. As there are no age restrictions at the VENUE, clothing and language must be appropriate for all ages during shows. Profanity and/or indecent dress are not acceptable. Screaming is not allowed. Extremely Loud shows are not allowed in our outdoor performance space. Appropriateness of language, dress, and sound levels is solely at the discretion of the VENUE. This is determined on a show by show basis.

2.The Venue is not responsible for theft or any damage done to Artist’s equipment or other personal property while at the VENUE.  The venue is not responsible for personal injury.

3. Artist will be responsible for transporting equipment and/or work into and out of the venue. Parking will be provided outside the venue on a first come first serve basis. The Venue and affiliates are not responsible for any artist’s property left at the Venue after the end of the event. Please check with management to determine the loading and unloading procedure before arrival. 

4. Restrictions for the ARTIST regarding promotion of event: All acts and promotional material and photos must be approved by the VENUE before distribution. Do not say free show.  Do not personally create an event page on Facebook or other service; The VENUE will create a Facebook event for promotion.

5. The Venue has the right to photograph, live stream, and record work performed or installed anytime during the course of the show. The Venue may also use the recorded or photographed work at a later date as we see fit. Select agree below.
