thy.self is a growing community actualising self-care both online and in real life as well as diversifying the wellness community, here in the UK and internationally.

Through carefully curated events, workshops and talks, thy.self is broadening access to wellness to communities of women (and soon, men!) who were previously unable, unaware and underrepresented within the wellness industry as well as creating a safe space to open conversations around each gender's issues for overall wellbeing and prioritising diversity within the industry.
