2024 Pacesetters Track Club Meet Commitment Form
Please use this form to inform the club of your athlete's availability for meet participation.  This form must be filled out for each meet, so that coaches know who is competing. This is important for meet entry (because of entry fees) and relay teams. If you don't sign up for a meet the coaches will assume your athlete is NOT participating. Remember the Required Qualifying Meets must be attended.

Due to meet entry deadlines, please have this form submitted 7 days before the meet (check the schedule for dates). Times of arrival for each meet is at least one hour before the event starts. Most meets are rolling meets and events start after a previous event has finished, not by exact time, so be mindful.
