- Rentals are $20 per hour.
- The Pool and the Clubhouse are separate rentals. If you have guests attending that are not members and you plan to use the pool, then you will need to rent both.
- Tennis courts can be rented for guaranteed availability for $20 per hour.
- A $50 security deposit is required for all rentals. This fee will be returned back to you after your event and the rental trustee determines the facility is in good order and has been cleaned in accordance with the rental cleanup checklist.
- Any cleaning or repairs in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the member.
- Payments are due immediately to hold your reservation. If your payment is not made within 30 days of invoicing, your reservation will be cancelled and made available to rent.
This Application does not ensure your rental. Once received, the rental trustee will review and and confirm your event. An invoice will be emailed to you to pay electronically. Once payment is made your event is confirmed.
