2020 APO Sectionals Brother Hosting Form
This year's Joint Sectionals Conference will be from April 3rd-4th! We will need to host brothers from other chapters on the night of April 3rd, the Friday. We will be offering 25 Family Cup points per hosted brother and 0.5 Leadership credits for hosts.  

Responsibilities:
You, or someone else if you are not available, needs to be there when your guest(s) arrive and registers on-site. Registration will be on Friday 6:00-10:00 pm. Your guest(s) will be assigned to you based on your and their preference, and contact information will be exchanged a week before the start of the conference, so that you can communicate arrival times with your guest(s).

Extra beds and sofas are preferable. However, you only need to provide adequate space for sleeping. All guests will be asked to bring their own sleeping bag, business casual attire and toiletries. The estimated time commitment is 1 hr.  Priority assignment will be given to Sectionals attendees, so highly consider registering for conference if you are interested!

We recommend 2+, so guests are allowed to live with a friend. They can also bring sleeping bags, so a bed or couch is preferred, but definitely not required.
