Dear Exhibitor:

We would like to invite you to participate in the SWCOLT 2021 Conference, Connect, Collaborate and Create: The Power of 9 States to be held virtually on March 26-28, 2021. We are very excited to hold our first virtual conference and we would love for you to join us in this endeavor!

We are looking forward to having a large participation of world language educators from the elementary, secondary and postsecondary levels from all over the southwest and beyond.  There are nine member states in our region.

As this conference will be held virtually, we are utilizing a variety of methods not only to interact with our attendees but also to allow you to do the same.  Please see the following levels of support we are offering.


Basic Sponsorship Package:  $300
1. Digital advertising consisting of an ad in the online program and a company logo/link on the SWCOLT Website for one year.
2. Access to our private Facebook page before and during the conference where you may promote your products and activities during the conference, set up private meetings using your own web-conferencing applications, etc.
3. Ability to schedule meetings with your own web-conferencing applications during the numerous Collaboration & Intersession time slots. The links will be published in the program as well as your own promotion via posts in the Facebook group. (Should you  desire, we can suggest ideas to entice people to attend your meetups.)
4. A 30 second video ad on our conference platform site during the conference.
5. Opportunity to propose a session at the conference. (Please let us know within the month of November.)

Social Evening Sponsorship Package:  $500 (2 available- Friday evening & Saturday evening)
1. Everything included in the Basic Sponsorship Package.
2. Sponsorship of one of the Social Hours with the name/logo on the event, in the program and on the slide.
3. A representative may have a 2-minute welcome and information time.
4. Will have one of our “rooms” available to show your product, if desired, as part of the event.
 Note: We will have a group slide with a list of all exhibitors we will thank.

Plenary Sponsorship Package: $600 (only 1 available)
1. Everything available in the Basic Sponsorship Package
2. Sponsorship of the Plenary session with the name/logo on the event, in the program and on the slide
3. A representative may have 5 minutes of welcome and information time.
4. No other exhibitors should be meeting at this time
5. We will have a group slide with a list of exhibitors we will thank.

If your company would like to present a session at the conference, please complete the  proposal form found on our website  form by October 31 or contact me directly by November 15.
