CT OER Grant Check-In

The CT OER Coordinating Council requests that all CT OER Grant Awardees complete the following form. The purpose of this check-in is to identify any changes in scope from the original approved proposal.

We ask you to:

1. Review your originally proposed work and budget (via Smarter Select: https://app.smarterselect.com/login)

2. Confirm all courses/sections are/have run, co-applicants/participants identified in the proposal have participated; and the proposed scope of work will be/has been completed.

3. Provide a brief update of any significant changes to the scope of the proposed work.

4. Any requested assistance needed from the council.

The council requests that all awardees complete this form by October 1st.
